Responsibilities:

• Perform laundry and dry cleaning tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Handle customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of service.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns courteously and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding laundry operations and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in laundry services preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
